We purchase the real estate and land for the construction of our PV systems and the proper implementation of our business by directly taking care of the necessary strategic investments.

Our real estate company almost exclusively realizes intercompany sales: we purchase, renovate and build the Group’s new facilities.

We provide with a photovoltaic system the sale of energy to Meccatronica Italiana, a brand of the Undo Group, at a discounted price and then proceed with the acquisition of the land on which the various photovoltaic systems owned and/or built by the Group itself are located.
